1. Scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Aivaro ("Aivaro", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you visit www.aivaroai.net, contact support, use our mobile applications, or interact with AI video generation, prompt, image-reference, subscription, credit, support, and related digital services (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy applies to information processed through the Services. Third-party app stores, payment platforms, AI infrastructure providers, device platforms, analytics tools, advertising networks if used, and external links may process information under their own privacy notices.
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account information such as an email address, user ID, display name, authentication identifiers, app settings, language preference, support messages, and account status.
We may collect content and generation information such as prompts, uploaded images or files, style instructions, image-reference materials, generation settings, moderation signals, task status, outputs, export history, timestamps, and technical logs needed to provide AI video features.
We may collect communications and support information, including emails, bug reports, screenshots, attachments, feedback, refund questions, privacy requests, and account deletion requests.
We may collect device and usage information such as IP address, device model, operating system, app version, browser type, language, approximate region, diagnostic events, crash reports, performance data, feature usage, and security logs.
We may receive purchase and entitlement information from Apple App Store, Google Play, or other payment processors, such as product identifiers, subscription status, renewal status, refund status, transaction identifiers, tax records, and credit balances. We do not receive your full card number from app stores.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate the Services, authenticate accounts, provide AI video generation, process prompts and uploads, deliver outputs, maintain credits and entitlements, respond to support requests, troubleshoot bugs, and improve reliability.
We use information to process subscriptions, validate purchases, maintain account balances, honor confirmed refunds, send service notices, provide customer support, and respond to privacy or account requests.
We use information to prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, detect fraud, protect users, secure the Services, investigate suspicious activity, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service, account, privacy, purchase, or safety notices.
We may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information to understand product performance and feature usage, provided it does not identify you and is not used to train general AI models.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on the basis that fits the specific activity. This may include performance of a contract when processing is needed to provide the Services you request.
We may rely on legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention, customer support, service reliability, abuse prevention, analytics, product maintenance, and responsible business operations, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
We may process information to comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, consumer-protection, app marketplace, dispute, regulatory, and lawful-request requirements.
Where consent is required, we rely on your consent and you may withdraw it according to the relevant feature, device, app, or browser controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
5. User content and AI processing
Prompts, uploads, references, and generated outputs may be processed by our systems and service providers so the requested AI video features can work. Processing may include temporary storage, safety checks, queue handling, generation, delivery, output rendering, entitlement checks, and diagnostic review.
We may use submitted content to provide the requested feature, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms, troubleshoot errors, investigate safety reports, and comply with legal or marketplace requirements.
No AI system is perfect. You should review generated outputs before using them, especially where accuracy, likeness, permissions, public distribution, advertising, professional use, or legal compliance matters.
Aivaro does not use any user data, personal information, prompts, uploaded content, or generated outputs to train AI models, general-purpose AI, or foundation models.
6. Sharing and service providers
We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us host infrastructure, run AI generation, provide storage, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, abuse prevention, security, communications, and payment entitlement verification.
We may share information with Apple App Store, Google Play, payment processors, identity providers, or platform services when needed to manage purchases, refunds, subscriptions, app distribution, purchase validation, taxes, or platform compliance.
We may disclose information to professional advisers, insurers, auditors, accountants, or consultants where reasonably needed for business, legal, financial, security, or compliance purposes.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, government request, safety concern, rights enforcement, Terms enforcement, fraud prevention, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of users, the public, or the Services.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate protections.
7. Cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, mobile SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, maintain sessions, remember preferences, secure accounts, measure performance, diagnose errors, and understand feature usage.
Essential technologies are used for navigation, authentication, security, saved settings, purchase confirmation, and app functionality. Blocking them may affect whether the Services work correctly.
Analytics or performance technologies may be used to measure reliability, troubleshoot issues, and improve the Services. Where law requires consent, we will request consent or provide appropriate controls.
You can control some technologies through browser, device, app, or platform settings. Those controls may not affect technologies required for security, fraud prevention, or core service operation.
8. Third-party accounts and platform data
If the Services allow third-party sign-in, store authentication, app marketplace purchase validation, or platform integrations, we may receive limited information from those providers according to your settings and their policies.
Such information may include account identifiers, email address, display name, locale, purchase receipts, entitlement status, subscription state, refund status, or tokens needed to maintain a secure session.
Your use of Apple, Google, payment processors, device platforms, or other third-party services remains governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
9. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts and purchase records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
Retention periods vary depending on the information type, account status, backup cycles, app marketplace requirements, payment and tax obligations, fraud-prevention needs, safety reports, active disputes, and technical constraints.
Generation files, logs, and support records may have different retention periods depending on technical needs, safety requirements, account status, and legal obligations. We may retain limited records after deletion where required for tax, fraud prevention, security, dispute, backup, or compliance reasons.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, de-identify it, or securely isolate it according to our retention practices.
10. Account deletion and user choices
The Aivaro app provides an in-app account deletion function from the Profile, Account, or Settings area. Follow the app's confirmation flow to request deletion. If you cannot access the app, contact support and include enough information for us to locate your account.
Deleting an account may remove or disable access to account data, generated history, credits, entitlements, saved settings, and app-specific records, subject to technical limits and legally required retention. Deleting the app from a device does not automatically delete the account.
We may retain limited information after deletion where necessary for billing, tax, app marketplace records, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, backups, legal compliance, or protection of the Services.
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or other privacy help, subject to identity verification, applicable law, and limits needed for security, fraud prevention, purchases, or legal compliance.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Safeguards may include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication protections, logging, monitoring, provider diligence, and internal limits on who can access information.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use strong account credentials, keep your device secure, avoid sharing authentication codes, and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
If we identify a security incident that requires notice under applicable law, we will provide notice according to legal requirements and available contact information.
12. International processing
Your information may be processed in Pakistan and in other countries where we, app marketplaces, hosting providers, AI infrastructure providers, support providers, or other service providers operate.
Privacy, security, and data protection laws may differ by location. Where required, we use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information during international processing.
By using the Services, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.
13. Children
The Services are not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
14. Regional privacy rights
Depending on where you live, local privacy law may provide rights to know, access, correct, delete, port, restrict, object to, or opt out of certain processing of personal information.
You may also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service solely because you exercised a legal privacy right.
We do not sell personal information. We also do not use uploaded content, prompts, generated outputs, or personal information to train AI models, general-purpose AI, or foundation models.
Where a local law requires an appeal process, you may contact us at the support email and include Privacy Appeal in the subject line.
15. Do-Not-Track signals and controls
Some browsers offer Do-Not-Track or similar signals. Because there is no widely accepted standard for responding to these signals, we do not currently respond to them in a uniform way.
If a recognized legal or technical standard becomes applicable to the Services, we will update this Policy to explain how we respond.
You can still use device, browser, app, and marketplace settings to manage permissions, notifications, analytics choices, subscriptions, and certain privacy controls.
16. Third-party links and public sharing
The Services may include links to third-party websites, app stores, support tools, social platforms, or other services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
If you publish, export, share, or distribute generated content outside Aivaro, that activity may be visible to others and may be processed by the destination platform according to its own terms and privacy notice.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs, respecting rights and permissions, and deciding whether generated content is appropriate for public or commercial use.
17. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services evolve or as legal, operational, security, or technical requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date when appropriate.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where required by law or where reasonably appropriate for the nature of the change.
